Shipping & Local Pick Up

In Store Pick Up:

Please allow 1-3 business days for your item to be ready for in store pick up. You will receive an email notification when your order is filled and ready for pick up. It will be available for pick up during our store hours: Tuesday & Thursday 10am-7pm CST and Saturday 9am-3pm CST. Our pick up location is at 1919 Industrial Dr Ste 100 Liberty, MO 64068.

Local pick up orders must be collected within 30 days of fulfillment. If items are not picked up after 30 days, your order will be cancelled for a store credit and subjected to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping:

• We strive to ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Please note: Post office holidays and weekends are not business days. Sometimes, your love for Love Letters is so overwhelming, we may need more time to get out your orders, but we will make every effort to get it to you as soon as possible. 
• Orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday due to our shipping warehouse being closed Saturday/Sunday.
• Mystery Mailer & Holiday Shipping Times: Please allow up to 10 business days for orders to process and ship during the holiday season. 

 

**Love Letters is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
